The holiday began on a high note when our rooms were upgraded to a pool villa free of charge. Stayed at the hotel for a week, and enjoyed excellent service throughout. All the staff from room service, grounds staff, restaurant and bar staff were courteous and did their utmost to give the best experience for our holiday. The entertainment for the children was plentiful and well organised as were the games and paddle boarding provided for the adults. Must also give a special mention to one waiter in particular, Ayham who from the first time he served us made us feel welcome and could not do enough to represent the hotel in the best light, even going to the lengths of helping to improve my Turkish. Many thanks Ayham.
