Oliv Hotel

This hotel is tucked away down a small lane at the far end of Datca. Its location however is only a few minutes walk to the sea, restaurants and bars. We were met by the owner and offered tea and cake and shown to our room on the 4th floor. The owner was very proud of the fact the the hotel had a lift. The room was fine with a sea view although the balcony was small and not really big enough for two chairs. Unfortunately we had to curtail our holiday early and had to leave the following day. The owner tried to give us our money back which we refused. The breakfast was typically Turkish with added eggs and borek tarts at no extra cost which was eaten outside on the patio in a quiet setting and background music. It has no pool but we knew that anyway and wouldn't have used it. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer but we will return.
