12 reviewsWe stayed 4 nights at Turbel Cave hotel and enjoyed every minute of our time here. We had two cave-style rooms which are comfortable no matter what the weather outside. Outside the rooms, is a nice courtyard and upstairs is the Vadi Cafe. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there most days and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The cafe terrace has great views of the Çavusin old village. The new owners and staff make you feel at home and are wonderful hosts. Highly recommended for a Cappadocian base for local adventures like hot air ballooning, hiking, horse-riding and just relaxing!
