Admist the beautiful natural volcano sculptures in the heart of Goreme, Cappadocia is the Safran Cave Hotel. The views of the 100 hot air balloons at 6am in the morning at the roof top is majestic. The restaurant food (breakfast and dinner) is all homemade from scratch and ingredients from their local gardens (Turish taste and flavour like no other). The rooms simulating the modern cave living are beautiful and our host, Feride, was absolutely lovely. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff are very welcoming. A gem of a place and walking distance into the City of Goreme.
