The property is only 2 years old and it is also well kept. Breakfast was superb and the view to see balloons is fascinating. The staff was very welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Yours through them were more affordable than online offers. I highly recommended.

I found Hotel IVY to be a very pleasant and well run place. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfasts were very nice and generous in the breakfast room on the terrace, and Murat & Ayfer were always there, willing to help me.

Definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was voluminous and beautiful. the location is a little far from restaurants but very quiet, and within walking distance to everything.We had a great stay. Thank you so much

Amazing property, clean and comfortable rooms with excellent service from Ayfer and Murat. Both were super helpful with recommendations around the area and not in a sales-y way. They genuinely want the guests to have a good experience. Breakfast far surpassed expectations of a continental breakfast. Cute french bulldog in the backyard. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is newly renovated by the owner, who by the way is also a balloon pilot. Breakfast is amazing! The rooms are spotlessly cleaned and very roomy. The people running the place are the best. It's walking distance to everywhere. You will not regret staying her and will be glad that you did! Just awesome!

Owners on site also other staff for ck in and breakfast. Everyone Extremely hospitable ,caring, and knowledgeable felt like an VIP. Owner is a senior balloon pilot so we had the information to book a ride. The breakfast was full freshly made,delicious and a lot of options.Room very clean and modern super towels and sheets. Air con perfect. Small refrigerator in room. Perfect view of balloons from roof top garden or the hill behind hotel. Cannot recommend enough. Very Quiet neighborhood, Super bakery down the street. Everything’s close .Would love to stay here again.  Horses in the back field a real treat.

Amazing accommodation, breakfast and staff

This is a new property run by a young couple.  The facility is lovely and clean. The roof terrace offers a spectacular view of the morning flight of hundreds of hot air balloons.  Large cushions are available for comfy sky gazing.  There is a hoodoo in the backyard.  Breakfast was fabulous.

This pansiyon was absolutely wonderful in every way. I chose this place because of the reviews and was not disappointed. It was clean, beautifully decorated with a wonderful rooftop space. The breakfast was incredible! A traditional Turkish breakfast that was so fresh and varied.I was contacted by Yağmur who arranged airport transfers and the hot air balloon trip. Murat, the owner, was friendly and introduced himself as soon as he saw us.I would return to Göreme, just to stay here.

Property: it’s a newish hotel just 8mins walk from the town centre.The rooms are well appointed and have all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.Mr.Murat and Ms.Yağmur really looked after us. They communicated well before our arrival to ensure everything was taken care of.The terrace offers a wonderful view during early breakfast with the balloons up in the air.Overall a wonderful experience staying at Ivy Hotel!

We truly had a fantastic stay at Ivy Cappadocia! Murat Bey and his team were incredible hosts and catered to our every need including organizing tours and hotel transfers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable and the included daily breakfast was delicious. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The owner upgraded our room during our stay because he had to do some maintenance in our room. The view in the morning with the balloons is incredible. The owners are a young couple who also live in the building. They are very friendly and are always available for us. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The rooms are brand new and super clean. Don’t hesitate to go there! You will not regret it! You can walk to a lot of restaurants and there’s a lot a parking spot around the hotel.

This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review.  The owner and his whole family were the nicest and most helpful people.  The owner arranged the hot air balloon ride and airport transportations for me.  I didn't have to do a thing.  I greatly appreciated that.  Breakfast with lots of varieties was served daily.  I will definitely return when I visit Cappadocia next.

IT WAS INCREDIBLE! The room is super spacious, with its private bathroom. The hotel is very nice, with a very spacious terrace, where you can see the balloons very well. The breakfast was incredible, very abundant and delicious. But above all, the attention was exceptional. Murat was always attentive to everything we needed, he made the reservation for the balloons and for all the activities we needed. WE LOVED EVERYTHING! I highly recommend it and it is the only hotel I would go to in the area.

I stayed in Ivy for 4 days recently and cannot recommend them highly enough.Murat and Rushto were just awesomely great hosts.They were super helpful. Cooked amazing breakfasts took care of transportation to and for from the airport, booked balloon rides and green tour trips!They even were super helpful when I fell a bit sick and needed food delivered to the room.The location of IV is pretty Central and walkable to the downtown and all its restaurants and cafes. The rooms were spotless and cute!The breakfast mezze was the highlight of my mornings. Overall, outstanding experience!
