It is located just above the small port with the view of the castle and the blue sea. Next to the center of the location for eat and drink. The hotel itself is lovely with its small garden and relaxing furnitures surrounded by fig trees and roses. Place with Serenity and quality, delicious and healthy breakfast, clean rooms and service with smile. These are all you need really. Highly recommend it to those who are looking for a nice holiday break.

I stayed in Limani hotel for about a week (after trying a so called HIGH END fancy hotel in Bozcaada the most boring hotel ever far from all the actions), and i figured i found my hotel for tge rest of my staying ,they have great staff, amazing view and exceptional location from top of the hill you will wake up to a beautiful horbor view and have the cool breeze from the see all night and day in your room, i didn't have to use my aircondition  at any time even when the weather temperature was high.
 Walking to all local restaurants shopping and nightlife. I suggest try this hotel you wouldn't be regret. 


This hotel is by far the best hotel in Bozcaada. You cant have a better view if you are staying in sea view with balcony room. We really loved to have a drink in the small balcony with the refreshing breezes of the sea. We even did not need to turn on air contioning during the night, since it was nicely cool in the room once the balcony door is open. 

I cant tell how beautiful and delicous was the breakfast! Many, many jams, freshly baked breads, different time of tradional cheeses and our tradional food. 

I would definately stay this hotel again,

We are a fan of Bozcaada and stayed several different places in there but Limani Hotel, I think is far the best one. It is very close the shops and restaurant and have spacious rooms which is not the case for most of Bozcaada Hotels. Whatsmore, the upper floor rooms offer the best view of the island. You can sit the small balcony and enjoy your drink while watching this amazing view. They offer very good breakfast including cakes, freshly baked breads, ısland's special jams,etc.

Yes, the hotel is clearly visible as soon as the Boat reaches the shore in Bozcaada. However, we had luggage with us and could not walk upto it and there is no bus or shuttle service. We had to take a cab, both the ways--while going and leaving from the Hotel. 
The rooms were nice (though we could not get those with a balcony) and clean and spacious, with excellent view of the harbour. There was a mini refrigerator and tea/coffee facility in the room. The restaurants/market and the bus stop and even the castle and the pier were all at a walking distance.
Unfortunately, the AC was not working and did not work for the next two days. Yes, the windows provided ample breeze and guess, that is why the attitude was casual and its repair was not urgently looked into. It was also Eid  and holiday time. We were given a fan for two nights, on request.
The Hotel also has some serious plumbing issues, which were fortunately attended to promptly. 
The owner/host-- Allara was quite helpful and pleasant a person. She guided us as best as she could about what could we do on the island. The other staff was polite and smiling too, though not conversant in English.
The breakfast was a nice spread and served quite well.
