Gumus Hotel

We stayed only one night in this sweet hotel and found everything we were looking for. The location was great and our room was clean. We loved the breakfast! Also the staff was helpful and nice. The rates was fair.

Great location and delicious breakfast! 

The location of the otel is ideal, close to the harbour, the castle and all the lokantas and cafes, in the centre of the town. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed linen as well as the curtains, were also clean and quite new. There was a refregerator providing cold refresments and beers. Maybe two reading lamps by the beds are necessary, in order not to need to get off the bed to swittch off the central lighting of the room.

Tenedos (or Bozcaada) ia a small but worth visiting island during summertime!!!

The worst hotel ever. Don’t even think about staying. Sleep on a bench in the park would be much much better. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Rooms are very dirty and nothing works in the room. Couldn’t sleep because of the very loud dripping noise coming from bathroom. Breakfest was very bad. No hair dryer.

The staff was very impolite and unprofessional. At the check-out they were charging us coffee we didn't even drink. The beds were at least 25 years old. Gümüs hotel offers rooms with 4 beds but it's actually a small triple room with a fourth bed squeezed in. In terms of hygiene I wouldn't be surprised that my room wasn't cleant. I found shampoo and a piece of soap in the shower, so even the shower wasn't even clean. This hotel needs a huge makeover if it doesn't want keep getting bad remarks.

Worst accommodation I stayed at!

They are not hospitable and friendly. And the bed was so old. It is not worth the price, therefore I don't recommend it. The breakfast is ok, the cheese and olives are fresh. The location is quite good and the view of the room is also good( the see ) 

Impolite owner and unconfortable rooms

Owner and staff were very impolite. Room was very dirty and there was not enough light in the hallway and stairs. Breakfast was below any boutique hotel standart. We asked for fresh bread and they did not even try to find and just told every bread they have at that moment was like this.
