Akvaryum Hotel

We came back the second time this summer and spend two 10 incredible relaxing days. We did not have to worry about corona infection since everything was taken care of in the best possible way. The hygiene concept was excellent. This place is for people who love individuality, quite beautiful gardens, simple but organic food (most of it is from their own garden) and jazz music in the evening. You can sit for hours on the patio or terrace with a view on the sea and read a book, or just go down hundred meters to the nice bay and beach and go swimming in the clean water. The place is called aquarium bay because you can snorkel and see many types different fish. The water is also perfect for children because it is sallow at the beginning. For whom the beach is too crowded which is often the case you just can go down swim and go back up to the premise or you visit one of the many other beaches on the island. The owners and the service is very personal and pleasant; you feel very much welcomed and very good taken care of. Even if you don’t have a car there is taxi service on the island, there is a so called minibus stopping that the hotel and the owner helps you to make arrangements to get there from the airports in Istanbul or Izmir.
