Clean, close to beach restaurants, shops and boulevard, great value for money.

Have a lovely time staying at this hotel, the staff are lovely in the hotel and the restaurant downstairs.

We were well looked after and would highly recommend.

The views for the upper rooms facing the water are great!

I am very pleasure to had stayed here. There is free breakfast and they are really kind and helpful.Also,it' s location is so good. It is near even not 1 mnt to Tekke beach! And view of rooms is so romantic! It is the best ever hostel I have stayed. Thank you.

Enjoying the sea view while having a seat at the balcony is amazing.

Cons
Full of people come to beach and make a lot of noise at night. It is really annoying. 
Noise of cars and motorbikes. 
Air conditioning is not that good. 
Breakfast is 6 out of 10.

The hotel is centrally located with a view overlooking the local public beach.  It's a nice location for anyone visiting the castle and marina or someone taking one of the boat trips, but watch out if you go to the nearby beach as there are sea urchins there.  It's also not a long walk from restaurants, shopping, and the local mini buses that go to other nearby beaches.  The front desk staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was fast and easy, but the staff we met at breakfast were a little pushy.  Breakfast was at another nearby hotel and some of the bread was hard/stale (very uncommon for Turkey).  The rooms were small but fairly comfortable and had a tiny mini fridge stocked with items you could buy.  Our room had no trash cans though and the shower drain had a problem with it.  All in all it was ok for our length of stay and intended purpose.

Well, the ocean view is beautiful The stuff specially the chef who is 24/7 there and does not leaves the property for a single minute is not very helpful and understanding. Room 102 is full of bedbugs, and the stuff doesn’t acknowledge that. They deny it to death. I forced them to change my room to another bedbug free one, or else they wanted me to stay in this room for my 3 days stay. Generally not clean, there is a bad odor in the hotel rooms.

Excellent!

An avarage hotel but having all necessery facilities in the rooms, stayed in room of entrance floor but I doubt if exist elevator for upper flours, actually a few flours.
you may have nice view of the Egean Sea , and watch  the people who walk in the street and swimming on the little beach just nearby.

Location of the hotel is one of the best area of Çeşme, full of cafes , restaurants, and so on, and may have very enjoyable promanade especially in the evening & nights

Otel geneli, oda rahatlığı ve temizliği, lokanta ve personelin yaklaşımı yönlerinden beklentinizi asgaride tutmalısınız. Tüm bunlar dikkate alındığında tüm sezonlarda fiyat-fayda oranı hiç de makul değil... Konumu ve oda balkonundan manzarası ile ilgili diyecek hiç birşey yok. Muhteşem!

You better keep your expectations at minimum in respect with hotel in general, room comfort and cleanless, restaurant and the approach of staff. The rate/benefit ratio is not reasonable at all seasons when you get all above into account... Nothing to say about its location and the view from the balcony of the room... Marvelous!

Very loud rooms, air conditioner is very old aend extremly noisy. 
 you feel like you are sleeping in a mascineroom, and  very loud live music till one o clock in the night  .
rooms are very small and very old furniture , this hotel needs an imediate  renovaion, but staff are very kind thats all

The hot water wasn’t working in the entire hotel and we stayed two days without showering because the water was freezing and the manager kept lying about fixing it so we had to check out and go to other hotel
