A great Stay.   -    The Hotel is in a good location, 8 mins walk from the bus station and just 5 - 6 mins walk down to the Sea Front or the Town.The reception and staff are friendly and efficient.Breakfast is good and is very fresh.Everything worked in my room, the bed was comfortable and there was a small supermarket 200 metres away for drinks and snacks.Happy to stay again. :-)

Excellent Bodrum Hotel

Dirty beds, weird tiny insects around the bed sheet, no refrigerator, no tv signal etc.

Very positive and professional staff/management. Very clean rooms, pool, garden. Very sweet dogs (especially "City"). Location is quite and perfect for city walk and near to "charshi". Delicious breakfast.

Excelent experience

Lovely little hotel, all staff incredibly friendly and keen to help.

Swift check in and check out without any hassle. All areas very clean and presentable.

Pool was clean and well maintained, room had all amenities and was generally very nice and well worth the price.

Located in central Bodrum just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants but far enough away for peace and tranquil atmosphere.

In general a really nice little hotel with a family run feel to it - would happily stay again.

Pleasant family run quiet hotel

The hotel grounds have been renovated and they are very good. lovely pool and surrounding areas. BUT, the room we were given was TERRIBLE. It is the worst room we have ever stayed in. It completely ruined our holiday.

The room had a double bed, two bedside tables, a built in wardrobe and a noisy kitchen fridge. Not a mini fridge, a kitchen fridge. There were no surfaces to put anything on and no chair. The view from the window was a brick wall. The room was 307. It was a small room and you will not see a picture of this room on their website.

We asked for a move to another room, we offered to pay for an upgrade, but we were told the hotel was full. We could see it was not full. Other people we spoke with also complained about the rooms, and one couple were moved to another room, despite the fact that hotel was full.

The hotel is graded as 3 star. The room was 1 star at best. I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible room but nice grounds.

This is a small hotel down the back streets of Bodrum centre. So is a good location for shopping and the marina…..some of the rooms could do with a refurb and refresh…the beds are ok for a couple of nights..the air con is fierce which is what you need in the heat of the summer and the shower is good.
The breakfast is a homemade authentic Turkish breakfast and the choice was very good. 
Ther are no pool towels and the pool lacks atmosphere..no music . The outside dining area is under a lot of trees and needs a good sweep up. The lady who cleans the room was quick to change a dirty bed cover for us and was friendly.
We got a very good price because we booked many months before and really can’t complain for the money we paid .



 it was ok for a couple of nights ….but the breakfast was really good for a 2 star 

Worst hotel I have stayed in. They claim to have free wifi. This wifi is not available in the bedrooms, only communal areas.  When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist he shrugged and told me I was out of range then. Reception staff were extremely rude. We requested clean towels and toilet paper and we’re told that these were only replenished every three days. We received two rolls of toilet paper throughout our week long stay. They advertise that they have mosquito nets, this is untrue. They advertise a bar with refreshments, this is also untrue. There is a bar but throughout our week long stay there was no staff there. Breakfast was sub par and unfresh. 
One asset this hotel has is its cleaning staff. Two lovely ladies who do not speak English but went above and beyond to help us and make our stay bearable. 
Overall I would not stay here again and I would advise anyone else to stay clear of it!

Very bad experience

We had a one night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic. The bathroom did not have soap, except a couple of mini shampoos. There were no cups or toothbrush holders. The tap in our bathroom kind of sprayed everywhere which wasn’t easy. Unfortunately the floor in the room wasn’t the cleanest (hairs on the floor). But for the price we paid, overall I would say good value for a basic room. The breakfast was lovely, lots of home made food. The pool area was clean and the location of the hotel is great.

Nice hotel

Had an amazing time at Costa Bodrum City Hotel. We checked in, and immediately fell in love with the property. It had a vibe that matched the city. The service was also outstanding. Really happy to have booked this hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

Spectacular location & service

I dont have enough amazing things to say about this hotel and its staff. The room, hotel, pool, breakfast, ambience was spectacular. I was so sad to leave and will highly recommend to all friends and family.  Staff were so unbelievably helpful and always with a lovely warm smile on their faces, always going above and beyond to assist in any way they can. That homemade peach cake baked by the owners mum i had for breakfast on my last day was the most amazing cake ive had in my life! And that is from a certified cake connoisseur! But mostly, i think i will miss “City”  ( the hotel cocker spaniel) and his cheeky attempts every morning to share my breakfast, such a sweet gorgeous dog :). This hotel deserves 4 star status, ive stayed in hotels all around the world and often (for work) and havent seen much like this one. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
