Ok, so I have nothing bad to say. My best friend and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Leave the pretentious ideals at the door as you leave your house. Our room was lovely and very clean. The domestic staff were amazing and were in every day with fresh towels, bath mat, loo roll, and linen if you wished. Bar staff were worth their weight in gold, especially putting up with our antics and banter. Reception was lovely and the staff very friendly and approachable. All staff would go the extra mile. I have to say, I'd give extra special thanks to the guys taking our suitcases from reception to our room and back coz those babies were heavy!!! The wee chap by the pool was so cute. He saved us our bathing spot every day and put our sunloungers out when we turned up. Dining staff were so smiley and helpful. The food was delicious, and especially the desserts that looked beautiful. I don't understand people who just want to complain. Embrace the culture, enjoy yourselves, staff are not slaves. They are human and have feelings. They work their fingers to the bone. Be respectful and don't be dramatic and demanding. Life is for living and too short. Go and enjoy your stay. I would have happily stayed longer if I could have ❤️
