Rixos Premium Bodrum

This hotel is AMAZING! We booked through TUI and everything was above and beyond what we expected. Definitely a 5-star hotel. There is a lovely calm and serene atmosphere throughout and all the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The gardens and outside areas were very well maintained and kept very clean. The pools/beach/pier areas were serviced with towels, sun beds and umbrellas/cabanas and drinks were readily on hand ordering via a QR code. The ice cream station was a real hit too offering branded ice creams along with the usual scoop cones. The food, well in short, was just amazing with something for everyone and so beautifully presented. Freshly baked breads of all varieties was a real treat as were the freshly picked strawberries and figs but all the food whether in the buffet or People's Restaurant was amazing. It would have been nice however to have had a 'Snack Bar' where lite bites, such as a sandwich, slice of pizza etc was available, perhaps as an extension of the ice cream station. The rooms (ours 4727) was spacious and equipped with everything needed from toiletries, slippers and robes to a Nespresso coffee machine and a well stocked minibar re-filled daily. The huge bed was comfortable with crisp linen and soft pillows and the towels soft and fluffy. The hotel is situated on a hillside so there are lovely views, especially the sunset and there is a golf buggy shuttle service to take you around the site which is quickly and readily available. On arrival you get assigned a holiday assistant who can be contacted via Wattsapp and its on here the daily program of hotel events is posted or where question/queries can be asked gettng an instant response. Definitely a brilliant service! Overall our holiday experience was the best and I'd certainly return / recommend this hotel.
