Great staff

There is nothing good about this hotel. 

Repetitive food : they change yhe style of kebab from lunch to dinner every day food is same. 
The private beach is full of big rocks and you cant walk nor swim.
 Around the hotel there is nothing interesting and its so far away from antalya. 
The ac was broken and they didnt fix it. 
Everything was broken in our room. 


Worst hotel ever!!!!

As stated by the other reviewers the hotel was an absolute disgrace and im currently taking legal steps on the grounds of a miss sold holiday to claim some compensation for the stress and upset that was caused by having to stay for a week in this hell hole. The agent Blue Sea Holidays who arranged our package are currently denying any blame at all and are passing the buck onto their supplier LOWCOSTBEDS who have made me an offer of a measly £100 which i refused.

•	The Holiday was booked with bluesea holidays on 9/9/12  in which the rep stated was situated in the cosmopolitan area of Kemer, instead we found the hotel to be situated in a poor area called belbidi which is actually around 15 miles away.

•	We booked the holiday expecting to stay in a 4star all-inclusive hotel, but we found the hotel struggled to meet a 2 star standard for service and accommodation. We had to go to the supermarket every day and travel to Kemer for better quality drinks and food that the hotel was serving.
•	On arrival to the hotel in the early hours there was no hospitality given, we were tired and hungry but was not offered any food and drink, just shown to a poor dirty room, the next day we were moved to a slight better sub standard room.
•	After numerous emails to bluesea holidays we were not offered alternative accommodation in the resort of Kemer which we was led to believe should have been staying.
•	Hotel room was only cleaned twice and we only were given fresh towels when we complained everyday that they had not been changed.
•	Hotel advertised as having various bars, restaurants and snack bars, but we found just one room next to the pool offering breakfast, lunch, and evening meals and only one bar open in the lobby which caused large queues at times. There was no snack bar open in between meal times.
•	The choice of foods and drinks was very poor, some foods were not fresh and re used for later dining sessions if left over.
•	Every day the bar was running out of beer and spirits, the first day the bar staff were serving beer out of bottles in half pint glasses only then from second day they were told by management to serve in even smaller glasses only.
•	Evening meal times there was not enough tables so some days we had to eat in lobby or on a sun lounger
•	On hotel info it stated that there was a designated smoking area, we found that guests and staff were smoking in all areas
•	Food buffet dishes had no description and no staff available who spoke English to explain
•	Everyone in our party had upset stomachs most of week as well as other quests
•	When eating the waiters dragged dirty plate and waste trolley past us and other guests while we were eating which put us off eating.
•	No one at the hotel spoke good English so never got answers or any of our problems resolved by staff or management.
•	The hotel complex housekeeping was very poor, dirty laundry, rubbish and plates and glasses left lying around surrounded us.

DO NOT GOTO THIS HOTEL EVEN IT IS FOR FREE OR THE AREA OF BELDBIDI

A turkish nightmare!!!!

The Review of the hotel and the area is totally msleading We were lead to believe we were in Kemer but when we arrived it was a shantie town in Beldibi. The hotel was supposed to be 4 star but it was more like a one star. The room we were given was on the fourth floor the balcony had no railings just a wall knee high, they were always running out of beer, even then when we were lucky the beer was warm. The hotel had no gym, no beach, no entertainment it had nothing. the whole two weeks we stayed their bed sheets and towels changed twice. 
Dont waste your money stay away!!!

Dont believe what they say

The hotel is a crap hole. The plates and cups are always dirty and there are obnoxious Russians everywhere. Nobody can speak English and the Turkish staff just play stupid or maybe they are just stupid. Most cafeteria food tastes better!!!!
