Excellent hôtel very close to center of Cunda, 5 mn walking.
Parking is included, which in the area is a real plus.
Rooms are big, clean, comfortable.
Garden behind is calm, well decorated and maintained.
Breakfast is good as quality, typical Turkish. No restaurant but they are all of them so close.
Personnel extremely kind, careful and respectful. Highly appreciate.
We will come back 100% sure.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's close enough to the center yet, away enough to avoid noise. The Koc Museum and all restaurants&bars are within 5 min. walking distance. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. A/C works well, minibar is silent, tv is large enough. 

The breakfast buffet offers lots of local products and in summer they are all delicious.

All of the employees are very kind and they clearly show the emotion that they are happy to serve guests. They are also very helpful in any type of question.  

The hotel definitely deserves a recommendation.

It was nice trip with good breakfast, clean and warm rooms, high quality items. if i come back for future, %100 i prefer this boutique hotel. No need to look alternatives . you should call them for empty room fastly.

We stayed at Elia Hotel on November 16. It was a cold day. At first glance Elia Hotel is a summer hotel but we didn't feel cold during our stay. Air conditions of the rooms plus the general heating system of the hotel are working perfectly. Design and the decoration of the rooms are excellent.Hot water system of the bathrooms is perfect. You have to taste the breakfast of the hotel. It is one of the best village breakfast you can take in western Turkey. I strongly advise you this hotel.

We stayed at Elia Hotel for our honeymoon and went there without reservation. In front of the door we met Ms. Funda (owner) and Mr. Mustafa who are very friendly and smiling people all the time. They always very were helpful during our stay. The hotel is very clean which is extremely important to us. Rooms are very specious and well decorated. Ms. Funda is very precise lady, she takes care about everything at the hotel  and the result of her carefulness can be seen at every corner of the hotel. Breakfast is one of the best thing at the hotel, there is lot to tell about it, but I shared a photo instead. You can have your breakfast at pretty garden of the hotel, don't rush, just spare serious time for your breakfast and breathe fragrant island air. 
Location of the hotel is very good, it takes about 2 minutes to get to th center and sea side on foot. Elia is a small cozy boutique hotel, recommending everyone.

it was our first time in cunda (alibey) island and we were not very sure about what to expect. but elia hotel and the gentleman who i think owns the hotel helped us really gently and made our holiday a warm and a quiet one. 

eventhough the season was not properly open in the island, breakfast and the hygiene of the room was definetely more than acceptable.

but there is a thing to be added, there is a carpark area near the hotel for approximately 100 cars or more and the price list of that park area is 5tl/day, up to that minute everything is pretty good but when i went to my car's parking place after the check out to depart from the city, the old man who i think the manager of the carpark, yelled me that i was accomodating in the elia hotel, he had seen me going into elia hotel building and thats why i should pay 10tl/day more on top of the other 5tl. i told him that i have asked him the daily price and paid my bill in advance and there isn't any chance that i will pay a penny more. he then became rude and tell me not to come to his carpark again. elia hotel actually provided me a car park for a single car but i hesitated to take advantage of the other guests' rights to park there too, however, i think i should took the elia hotel's manager's advice and keep my car in the area in elia hotel's building.

whatever, as a conclusion, elia hotel, itself is a quiet and cosy place to spend couple of days especially in these spring days.

Hotel is located 2 minutes walk-away location to the seaside, to the popular area of Cunda Island. The empoyees and the owners of the hotel are very hospatible, helpfull and are very kind. They treat you as a guest, not a customer. 
The room that we stayed was large enough and was very clean. It has also a sweet balcony.
Breakfast is good and served at its garden. Feels so good to hear the birds singing while having breakfast. Hotel does not offer lunch and dinner, but there are lost of choises nearby, most of them are serving seafoods.(You should try Cunda Deniz Restaurant :D )
This hotel is one of which I would stay again...

This was a very nice hotel located a short distance from the local water front and many restaurants and shops.  The rooms were recently renovated, well furnished, very clean and equipped with hotpot, tea and coffee.  The lobby is welcoming.  Note the hotel has 2 floors but no elevator, so you may need to carry luggage up a flight of steps.  The Turkish breakfast in the morning was outstanding.  The hotel is located about 6 KM from the Ayvalik city center, a car or motor bike would be needed.  My only disappoint was upon arrival to the hotel they were not able to process my payment with an USA bank credit card, fortunately one of our relatives who lives in Turkey was able to cover our payment.

Didn't like the noise coming during the breakfast, all the noise came directly to my room at 8 in the morning :( Clean and good place to stay.

Until we had called the hotel we had contacted several other hotels to book a room but Elia made the difference by answering the phone in a very gentle and appropriate way unlike other properties. The gentlemen's name was Murat and he made us very welcome over the phone and gave us very helpful detail about the hotel and the room we wanted to book. 
He was the person to greet us at the hotel at our arrival and checked us in a matter of minutes. The room was spacious with a king size bed, small balcony, A/C (worked properly), minibar and a bathroom with a nice shower. However the smell of dampness in the bathroom did not fit in the standard but it also didn't make it uncomfortable for usage. But I must say in all my travels the bathroom plays an important role as it can be a deal breaker. 
The bed comfort was very fine, the balcony consisted of 2 chairs and a small table which was suffice.
