A very warm and hospitable place to stay in Ayvalik. Central location allows you to walk in town. Plan on not using a car. The staff is very friendly, professional and ready to assist with all guest requests. The place is an old house, very well restored and maintained. It has a way to win your heart

Elegant place, great service

Beautiful stone house hotel, perfect location right in the city center, cozy antique furnitures and super high ceilings. Cleanses was perfect, hospitality by the owner Devrim Bey was outstanding. We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with our choice. Hotel has history combined with modern touches. Very recommendable

Perfect stay at Kidalyo Hotel

If you are a fan of tiny boutique hotels this is the adress, if you are fed up from industrialized hotels and looking for a warm atmosphere then this is the right address. Hotel have tiny rooms but provide you everything (fair enough space, marvelous seaview (if you choose the rooms  with seaview) even if you stay in standard room still you can enjoy the view from the balcony on 2nd floor or even just by standing in the small alley in front of the hotel entrance. 
It takes you back in time through it's unique architecture as it was restored in line with its original design. 
The warm atmosphere which the hotel provides is unbeatable. 
Mr. Mehmet (the hotel owner) and his staff is super friendly and they're a kind of concierge  that they are ready and will take the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. 
If you want to live Ayvalık like a local don't forget to take tips from Mr. Mehmet 

Definitely this will be our first preference whenever we visit Ayvalık 

A home away from home 

Extremely nice boutique 8 room hotel in a very quiet lane .Perfect location and very accomdating staff. Super unblocked view from some rooms. Loved the high ceilings in the room too.If I have to make a comment I would have liked to see  more lighting inthe rooms. Highly recommended

A little Gem

I've stayed together with my husband in this hotel for 4 nights and it was amazing. The hotel itself is an old stone house which was carefully renovated up to the smallest of details. The lamps, the furniture, the light switches and all the decorations matched perfectly and created a very historical and cozy atmosphere. We've booked the room with the sea view and the view is just breathtaking. The room was quite spacious, felt bigger than in the pictures, it was very, very clean and the air conditioning really helped with the hot summer nights.
The hotel is located in the center and you can reach restaurants, cafes, bars and shops by foot pretty fast. There is no parking available at the location, however just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel there are a lot of paid parking places (with prices from 15TL to 25TL per day) and the owner was extremely nice to send us all this information before we arrived.
There is no breakfast, however they are serving water, coffee, tea and some small pastries and muffins every morning. This was enough for us.
The owner was very nice and friendly and he was always making sure we are having a good time and we are not missing anything. 
We felt very comfortable in this hotel and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful

I arrived in Ayvilik for a kitesurfing week. This hotel is a small but very well located in the city. 
Mehmet the owner was very helpful and arranged many things for me. The food choice here is very limited, but this is good as you can experience many cool local bars and restaurants within 400 m ! 
Ask for a room with sea view if you book in advance.

Great Boutique hotel with very warm welcome

Very nice boutique hotel. The rooms upstairs have fantastic sea view . Owners and personnel are very kind and helpful, they  try to do their best for you. Rooms are very clean. You'll feel you are staying at your home.

Very nice hotel

Mr Mehmet was really amazing person, so helpful, smiley and well instructing, without our request he was sharing details for Parking and hotel direction and many other details. The room takes you to the old building atmosphere, the long ceiling and windows, the stuff and walls were so cool. It is located at center of city and good to walk anywhere. The A/C was great and modern. The toiletries were available also the tooth paste and brush.  20 m to sea

Nothing bad but in one of our rooms the two twin beds provided next to each other instead of a king bed. Internet was good but could be better. No breakfast offered but they give cookies and you gives the chance to get Ayvalik toast. 
In overall I will try it again. Gooooooooooood

Greaaaaaaaat

This is a fabulous place to stay. Carefully converted house, with high ceilings and many original features still in place. Amazing host, couldn't do enough for us and on hand with helpful advice. Ayvalik is a beautiful small town. Friendly and unspoilt by mass tourism. Highly recommend.
