Delphin Imperial Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We travelled as a family the end of July 2025. We booked a double superior room but because we were not happy with the sofa bed provided, the hotel stepped in and we were offered a room with two double beds instead. Sahar at Guest Relations went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our room and we were surprised with a fruit platter and bottle of non alcoholic wine on the first night in our new room! Excellent service. It’s really hard trying to find fault with this hotel, the staff were super attentive and we were offered drinks wherever we were (poolside, sat in lobby, at breakfast etc). The breakfast team who serviced the outdoor area in the mornings were amazing and made sure our glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice were always topped up! Buffet service was incredible with lots of choice. We had a teenager who is a fussy eater and we were happy to let him go pick his own food, which he really enjoyed. We loved the pool bar that offered fresh pizza to order and pasta, cornettos on tap and waffles with loads of toppings, so we didn’t have to go inside the hotel, we were happy to snack and get back to the pool. Aqua park was a real hit with my son, although it was very hot the week we stayed (40+) so we were careful not to overdo it. My daughter loved sitting and relaxing in the lobby, loads of quiet places to sit with an iced coffee and read a book. The patisserie inside the lobby was one of our favourite areas, the ice cream selection / cake selection was insanely good. Spa was fabulous, my husband and I enjoyed our Hammam foam scrub which we paid €70 for - done in separate rooms. The free part of the Spa was great too, we used the pool on our last day after check out, so used the showers/lockers in there to freshen up. They allow you to use all the facilities at the hotel until your airport transfer arrives. Another nice touch. Would definitely visit again, and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
