What was bad
We gave our clothes for the laundry service, and hotel crew lost some of our stuff. They were looking for it for 5 days, and at the day of our departure just admitted that they can’t find anything. I asked them to at least not charge us for this service, since lost items were really important for us (and expensive), but manager rejected this. You need to think more about your clients, otherwise dece

The hotel is located in a newly developed area, 10-15 minutes drive from the traditional city center, its monuments and museums. There are many shopping malls nearby and boulevards cross the area making it easy to enter and exit the city. Breakfast excellent with a wide variety of dishes and prompt service The rooms were comfortable, with a nice view, we found what we needed and the service was excellent!
