Beautiful hotel with walking distance to the centre of town.  Our room was very spacious with large bathroom and overlooked a lovely courtyard.  Walking distance to cafes and restaurants and down to the river.  A little hard to find but definitely worth it.  Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly.  They have free parking which is very limited.  Would definitely stay again.  Highly recommend.

Well, after 17 days and 11 reservations, I can confidently say it's the cleanest place we've found. The service and hospitality were fantastic and the location was just what we were looking for. Try this experience in an Ottoman style house and enjoy a carefully prepared, excellent breakfast with a splendid view! A thousand thanks!

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL - GREAT LOCATION

We stayed 3 nights in this beautifully restored house. We loved our room! It seemed to be brand new, as if we were one of the few people that have stayed in it. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The bed was AMAZING! Fluffy white bedding and pillows that we just sank into, like a cloud. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the location is great - 2 minute walk to restaurants, the river area, and museums. The only negative, which was not a big deal for us but may be for some, was that we did not encounter any English speakers. Admittedly, we did not eat breakfast perhaps there was someone who spoke English at the breakfast. Otherwise, there was just one young man there who only spoke Turkish.

Beautiful house but no English speakers

A very nice, clean, cosy place with homelike atmospehere located in the city centre. The staff were hospitable and attentive accompanied by a bunch of friendly cats and dogs. There were a couple of drawbacks, however, like lack of a bedside lamp or permeable windows which let in cold air at night (the radiator couldn’t make up for it and besides a blackout had occured earlier that day) and the sound of ezan coming from the nearby mosque (it was impossible not to wake up and then to fall asleep again after having been disturbed for 5 min straight). All in all I’d recommend this hotel to heavy sleepers or early birds in the first place :) But other than being cold the first night and being forced to listen to ezan in the middle of my sleep it was a pleasant stay and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to make it fun for me :)

The stay was nice, room size is big and toilet is big, locaiton of hotel is near town center where you can reach in 5 min walking.
