No reviews for ages, but this place is open and excellent. It's right on the river and the rear rooms have beautiful views over the water. The front of the hotel, where there's a small sitting area, looks up at the magnificent rock cut tombs, so fabulous views in both directions! It's relatively modern, rather than a period Ottoman building, but the location is fabulous. Customer service was friendly and efficient. We had a lovely Turkish breakfast: we got the usual small plates of bread, olives, cheeses, salad, meats etc, but then the host brought out freshly cooked hot foods as well, including a terrific cheese omelette. You might hear the call to prayer from the ancient mosque across the river, but it's all part of the atmosphere. 

Amasya is spectacular.  Heavy with Turkish tourists surprisingly few foreign tourists. We inspected numerous hotels on the riverside and avoided those above or near restaurants because of the noise. Hasirci offered a large clean room with a balcony over the river at a very reasonable rate (TL170 low season?). great breakfast and mostly friendly staff.  The setting was so good and the tourists attractions so good we stayed and extra night.
We walked up to the citadel on the very top of the mountain above via the back road  - some kilometres but superb.

i was driving from Trabzon in the east north to Istanbul and i planned to stay in this hotel for one night stop and to continue to Istanbul next morning. Oh man i regret it, i wish if i stayed there for two or even three nights, the city of Amasya is so os beautiful, and Hasirci Konaklari was located in the center of the old town on the river, i booked the biggest triple room with balcony on the river, recommended, I was travelling with my wife and two kids, 7y and 2y. 
view is absolutely amazing, loved the hotel, the staffs are dedicated to you, clean, free parking (which is very very difficult to find in the old city of amasya) lots of historical places, the city center was full of live.
the only negative things is the WIFI, it worked good in the public area but inside the room was hindrance. but you really don’t need a wifi in the city (i needed it because my company loves me so much and they can’t stop sending me work during vacation). I honestly advise to isolate yourself from all this modern technology and enjoy this romantic historical place.

The staff were very easy to get along with.  It's in the strip by the river with all the little restored homes. Everything is easily accessible by crossing the bridge. 

The rooms were basic, but could do with cleaning under the beds and more attention to the bathrooms.  The AC didn't work in the first one we stayed in, so they moved us and called the service providers the same day.  However, we didn't get a daily cleanup service. Perhaps we should have asked :)

There were six rooms, 4 of which face the river. Breakfast was basic but nice (cheese, olives, tomato, cucumber, jam and honey), but you could ask to get your eggs however you wanted (and was yummy!) and of course the endless tea.

Cute and accessible

Amasya has quite a few of these old houses which were restored as hotels but most of them were full in May. We stayed at Hasirci Konaklari in the old town area by the river. It has 4 rooms,
two by the river, two facing the Street. The view from the room is really lovely.
The rooms are basic but clean. The lobby is small but nice and the reception is downstairs hidden from view. We had breakfast on the balcony over the reception and it was nice with everything provided. The eggs were superb, they must have been collected that day.
It is close to everything from the restaurants to the museum.
