In Turkey, for the first time, there are disadvantages and disadvantages. The 4 km hotel is not very nice. The internet is 2 € a day, the safe is only for reception and also 2 € a day. The air conditioner over the bed. For the room we had to pay 30 € although we didn't need a view of the sea, we just wanted one bed in general. The doors in the shower don't work, hot water and sometimes there were no other people said that they were spending 2-3 hours on the water at all.) The employees of the hotel are normal, but they don't smile (only the bars were very nice) and the staff don't always talk about the bathroom on the streets and even in English until Thursdays.

Not very happy.

The hotel didn't like it at all. There's no cleaning at all, the sheets are dirty for a week.The hotel manager said they don't have staff to clean.There's garbage bags in the hall that nobody can take out.I asked to change the room to a quieter one,they refused.The room that goes out to the pool and on the 1st floor is very noisy,I have a little kid,I don't sleep.I heard people bathing,talking,music from the neighboring cafe.The food is good,not bad.Soya pots,nuts,fish,salates.There's no sweet baby.From the fruit and cream to the sea.I have a little baby,I'm constantly falling asleep.I've heard people bathing,talking,music from the neighboring cafe.The food is good,not bad.Sweet baby,nuts,nuts,salates.There's no sweet baby.From the snack,nuts to the beach.I've been given an extra room to go to the beach with a small number of 130,

Spoiled rest

At the reception there is a Kazakh blonde who is a Hamit. In this hotel there is no Hamit - it's funny - at the reception you get a Hamit and they say - Go to 5⭐️ and there you will get a Hamit!

I want to write just a true review. I was at the hotel with my husband for 2 weeks from September 15th. Reviews were read, but at these prices it was a more suitable option: the first line, a good coffee with access to the sea, near the market, the Migros and A101 shops, near the River Demce, to the center of Alanya, a few bus stops. They came at night, hungry, water collected in the cooler and went to Migros for food. The room was not exactly right, they changed with an extra $30 for a coffee with access to the Internet and a view of the sea.

It's okay, but we need a change...

Reviews. ✓ at least. I am a representative of the tourism business and now I'm in this hotel! I've always sold and sold well! I've been working in tourism for a long time! It's stable for hotel 4* But unfortunately this year, there are a lot of complaints about it!!! I've got 10 tourists staying and resting here at the same time, five rooms from different tour operators armored! And the main complaints about food! I didn't even come by plane to be convinced! And it all turned out to be real! I've been working in tourism for a long time and the phrase simply))) I don't like it! In Turkey it's unreal!!! to be hot! But if tomorrow morning you're on the road, you're going to have a lot of unemployment!

It's a normal hotel, but unfortunately with poor food!

Overall, very awful experience. The hotel is dirty, rooms are never cleaned, AC is weak,  wifi is not available anywhere, the room does not have any safe place to store your belongings, not to mention that you can be easily stuck in an elevator. The staff is very rude, as long as you paid for the rooms, they do not care about you anymore, do not expect for their help nor care. Seems like they have never heard about customer service.  Also, rooms DONT HAVE HOT WATER  whatsoever, not even warm water, which I find is necessary after swimming in salty water. Every single day had to beg staff for a little bit of warm water just to take a shower, and it was pointless. On the third day of my stay, I simply gave up and had to accept the cold shower for the rest of my stay. Only after the stay, I found tons of negative reviews about this hotel.  Don't recommend staying at any of their properties!

dont ruin you vacation

Having in mind the price and what the hotel provides, we are extremely satisfied. One of the nicer vacations.
The sea view is fantastic. The sea is beautiful.
The deckchairs on the beach are in rather poor condition, but that did not disrupt the vacation.
There is a small restaurant on the beach where they cook fantastic Turkish coffee and tea.
The rooms are not cleaned every day, but when you ask (I left a message for the cleaners in Turkish - Google translator) they always did everything. Of course, I always left 1 or 2 euros on the message as a tip.
The rooms are quite comfortable. We had a room with a sea view. An irreplaceable sight of the sunset.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Neither too close nor too far from the city center.
There are plenty of shops in the area.
Public transport is in front of the hotel and it is excellent.
It is amazing how they disinfect everything (because of the corona virus) and all disinfectants are in every place.
The food is solid and there is plenty of it. I missed the pork :)
The beer is good. Sweets great.
I hope we go again in September.

great vacation

Hotel staff didn't speak english, room was dirty. When we asked the hotel staff to clean the room, they said that they cleaned the room, but it was still dirty and they didn't change the bed linen. Overall the food was okay but most of the days it repeated and nothing new. Only good think was the shisha bar. Persons who spoke english said that this is a newly reopened hotel and they are missing staff and knowledge, but for tidy rooms you do not have a special skill.

Air conditioner was weak, all day it was so war in our room, we were facing sun all day.
View was great if you had room in front of the hotel. Next to teh hotell, to the left facing the ocean, was contruction and it will be now and always the bad side of the hotel. Food selection was boor for me, meat selection was boor, almost every day it was chicken and rice, potato choise was boor for me.  It depends so much what person eats the most. i like fries, but did not have all 8 days that i had chance to eat there. Plates and cups you had to look if it was clean. So look out for that. My room was big and facing the ocean. That was best thing abaout the hotell, near the ocean and if you get lucky you get a room with a great view.

Good hotel, clean, well-maintained and excellent location close to Alanya. Beautiful views of Alanya from the hotel.
The Spa and Wellness Centre/ Turkish bath in the hotel is outstanding, the massages are very good (especially Emre) and there is a great variety of wellness activities to choose from.
