This hotel and it's staff exceeded all of our expectations. Having stayed at it's sister hotel next door, Royal Seginus, for the last two summers it had a lot to live up to as we love Seginus. However, our holiday at Royal Holiday Palace was fantastic from beginning to end. Our room (we upgraded to a family room, worth the extra), was spacious and kept immaculately clean by the maids on a daily basis. The food, whether in the main dining area, beach bar, turkish tent or the "Lal" Grill (my favourite) was all of high quality and always plenty of options to choose from. The pier has its own bar, similar to Seginus, and is a nice escape and chill out area with cooling sea breeze on hotter days. However, the stand out thing about Royal Holiday Palace are the staff who are amongst the friendliest, happiest and most helpful I have come across in recent years, and should be commended for making this hotel stand out from others. A special thank you to Ludmila from Guest Relations who helped to make our holiday memorable. We will return, can't wait!
