The hotel itself can be criticized a bit, it is clear that its glory days are behind it. Nevertheless, I recommend it to people who want to spend time by a beautiful swimming pool, in the sun, with a view of the sea and blue sky. Many people complained about their stay, but for me the missing tiles in the pool were not the most important thing. Thanks to the atmosphere in the hotel, I had a lot of rest. The animation team works hard to compensate guests for other inconveniences. Young energetic animators are always smiling, willing to help and talk. They dance great and just watching them adds joy. :) They organize various entertainment during the day, there is always something going on. They politely invite you to water gymnastics, ping-pong, volleyball or darts, but they do not impose themselves and allow you to relax. The evenings end with a dance party on the balcony, preceded by fire dancing shows, bingo, karaoke, miss elections, etc. fun activities. While dancing, the music is diverse, in different languages and styles, but very danceable.
To sum up, I recommend the hotel to those who want to relax in the beautiful sun and have fun in great company, and not only look at what is missing (e.g. good internet in a larger area, original Coca-Cola). ;)

Great animation team <3

Stayed at this hotel (with wife and daughter) early september 2016, they have very large swimming pool (perhaps the largest in Djerba) with 1.8 M depth. The food was really good with large varaiety. This is a beach front hotel, it is only one minute walk from the pool to the beach. The rooms are quite large comapred to other hotels in the island, friendly staff, good facilities and comftortable place. Special thanks to recieptionast Fahia, and animation team (Pepo , wegdi and Hayat) Strongly recommended

Excellent pool, Good hotel, Great food

Very good hotel with great food . I asked twice to have double bed but still they just connected the beds  and folded a blanket inbetween the coverd it with a white sheet , offcourse it was not confortable . I left the hotel for that reason.

Nice pool and sea veiw

Food was alright , out door pool was good , indoor pool not that much ! Nothing special on the beach .wifi very limited . Room service was very poor, had to ask them more than once and was not satisfied . Leaving tomorrow morning for a hopfully better hotel.

extremely aggressive (with fowl language too!!! from the reception to the kitchen "chef" who'd better change jobs!!-I suggest sewer cleaner!!)

THE NIGHTMARE!!!!

Had the best 2, week holiday here, shame the terrorists spoilt it. But credit to the management and the animation team who kept us entertained, a huge variety of food, variety of alcohol local brands, no one seems to mention the photographers, who were so friendly and we are still in contact with them, the cleaners who kept our rooms and beds tidy, the waiters, the bar staff, the maintenance guys who fixed the battery charger on my scooter. Only let down was the Thomas Cook representative Mustapha, not very helpful at all.  Love this hotel and would definitely go again given the opportunity.
