The staff there were AMAZING made us feel like family. The lifeguards were also very kind and helpful in everyway. Night time entertainment was really good the dances were amazing. Would like to say a MASSIZE thank you to all the animation team and lifeguards for making it the best holiday ever 😊

An unforgettable vacation

Holidays in Tunisia!!! A good hotel. excellent animation!!! The food is delicious and a huge selection. Consuming a cocktail, beer, wine, cocktails. The animation works well. Guides Aneks tyr Marina and Regina are always happy to help and answer all questions!!!!I recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

For a four-star hotel c is really just just a lot to see.but in a month the staff is right and friendly not like manar village or the staff is genuine and rude especially the front manager hassan.

drinking not terrible

All greetings! Here comes the end of our vacation in this hotel!!!!! Finally we go home!!! The declared service in the hotel is missing! In fact it is not at all! Dirty rooms, terrible service!!!! In the dining room dirt and dirt, sometimes lack of food(to put the meat you have to stand by the empty palette for 5-10 minutes) to pour the children a drink or for yourself a beer (wine) you have to run almost the whole dining room in search of a glass of beer (((At the same time the waitress with Olympic calm will stand nearby!!!! About the tables dirty dishes sometimes had to clean themselves, at the same time the waitresses can start to play a song about my dining room in general!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why can the Arab mothers who come to us in a row now consider this to be 20 minutes away from their own drink and when they come to the beach, and we can drink this kind of drink, especially if they want to come to the beach and see it.

we waited 6 hours to have our rooms and then you'll have a hot and little one. and also a bad reception and stuff dont speak english and you cant comunicate whith them and the food is so bad and there isn't many choices and the same type of food is repeated everyday and also the rooms smells sooo bad

dont waste your time or money

Took my 2 kids and had an amazing time!staff were friendly ans the food was very good and clean,so much to do there and waterpark was amazing too,would Def go back there.The beach is 2 mins away and it's very clean and plenty space.

And I would add don't throw your money away First I want to clarify that in 2014 this hotel was named Caribbean world venus beach. So apart from the two pools and the beach which are the only positive points of this hotel, the rest; no-from-no-home, disgusting catering (food leftovers are delivered to the presenters, endless queue) 1:30 for lunch and worse at dinner, the waiters discriminate by nationality the room; you have to spend some time looking for the woman in the room because in 10 days changed sheets 1 only normally every room is equipped with a minibar, but badly the room lady will show you that she's going to be happy in four nights for you to forget about it, and to proceed with a way to get rid of bugs, and it becomes a boring program to remember me, Bref, animation is a bad one.

Don't waste your holidays!

We flew the Transsaero plane to the best company. We met the Biblioblogos company too. We got on the bus very quickly and after 35-40 minutes we were at the hotel. We settled in immediately, but there were no balconies in the memorial. But the view from the window to the sea so we were not very upset. The TV shows only one channel with poor quality, and our friends' telex did not work at all. Fans are not in every room we are lucky, and friends are not.
