Sun Beach - Club Playa Sol Resort

I read the reviews here and I must say I am shocked. Number the hotel is not closed at all. Yes they are trying to renovate but it is open and operating very well I must add. It is about 20 mins from the airport but it is situated right on the beach. We literally walked less than 5 mins to the ocean. The first room we had even though we asked for a double, was actually two twin beds put together. I had just come from the United States so I didn't want to complain till I got some sleep. My husband went downstairs to ask if we can actually get a double bed because we slept very uncomfortable and they were very nice and helpful to make us happy. Our second room was AMAZING! It was huge! And had a second floor with twin beds, I guess this would be great for a family of four. It had a balcony overlooking an amazing and huge pool. By the pool they have a restaurant, arcade, bar, and a gift shop. As we walked around the hotel we saw they are trying to expand and renovate another pool by the beach and some other buildings with more rooms. Breakfast was included but wasn't that great. It was basically pastries, coffee, tea, and milk but for the price I got the hotel, I didn't care. I stayed 4 days 3 nights for $96.
