this B and B has always had good references, also now one from me, stayed there 2 nights. super place, clean and really serviceminded. never seen a B and B with real underfloor heating system!!!!! the lady is super, all was good

it was mid-day when i tiered arrived, cause of Slow procedures at the airport and the curiosity of the taxi driver, But the nice reception from the lady of the house removed all this fatigue quickly, Mrs. Ibtesam, who i had heard her voice by telephone before I arrived  twice to inquire about some things after my reservation that house, which became better than the hotels, especially when I travailing alone. The location of the house (DAR) was not far from the airport and in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city, the distribution of antiques in the house with a Carthage feminine touch, a clean room, furniture and a delicious fresh breakfast (even it was without the tomato & mushroom omelette that i prefer) The most beautiful is that the room is free from the noise of the television or mini-bar .. but the noise of the continued close flying aircraft is annoying ! I wished there was drinking water at the room with a small table for tea and coffee, I did not get harassed from the shared outside bathroom at all .. The view of the swimming pool and garden are beautiful especially in the mid summer where arrived (35ّ degree) !( i backed twice to this house at same my Mediterranean trip).

As my mother house ..the first impression !

I was little apprehensive as taxi was making the drive through little village to get to this hotel. It's located in a modest area about 25 min from the airport. However once you arrive, you will be greeted with a pleasant surprise. :). The hotel or house is beautifully in every way.  As you enter the house, you walk through the small flowered garden , the is neatly cut lawn and a small pool. The house itself is a two story building in a very peaceful and tranquil location. The rooms are very large, much bigger than most hotels. When walking around the house you get the feeling of being at home. The sitting room is very large with touch of elegant furnish. I did not see a bath but only had a shower. 
The landlady was extremely helpful and nice lady. She will call taxi for you and help you with what ever you need. 
I highly recommend this place. I will be returning here again and again for sure in the future. Thank you :) Merci and Shukran :)

Hidden gem in Tunis 

Absolutely loved my stay. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for somewhere quiet to enjoy their stay, everyone so friendly and welcoming. Its only 15 minutes drive to Tunis airport.
