Ekim 2017'den bu yana, tüm quadrocopter’ler (dört dönerler) ve diğer insansız hava aracı (drone) sahiplerinin cihazlarını Tayland Ulusal Televizyon ve Radyo Komisyonu'na (NBTC) kaydetmeleri gerekmektedir. Emrin ihlali durumunda, Tayland yasaları beş yıla kadar hapis cezası ve / veya 100 bin baht'a (yaklaşık 3 bin ABD doları) kadar para cezası öngörmektedir.

1 Mayıs 2025 tarihi itibariyle yürürlükte olan yeni göçmenlik usulleri uyarınca; Tayland’a hava, kara veya deniz yoluyla giriş yapacak olan tüm yabancı uyruklu kişilerin, ülkeye varıştan üç gün önce, Tayland Göç Bürosu’nun resmi web sitesinde yayımlanan Tayland Dijital Varış Kartı (TDAC) çevrimiçi formunu doldurmaları zorunludur.
