This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform The Blue House - Bica Ropers in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - EUR 10 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 20 from 22:00 to 00:00; - EUR 30 from 00:00 to 02:00. Self check-in is available without additional costs upon advanced payment of the reservation. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €40 per pet, per stay applies.
