This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 50% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged 15 days prior to arrival by bank transfer. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Final cleaning is included. Please note that heating of the pool has a surcharge of EUR 300 per week or stay if less than a week. Hot tub has a surcharge of EUR 200 per week or stay if less than a week. Heated pool and hot tub has a surcharge of EUR 350 per week or stay if less than a week.
