Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Late check-in fee: EUR 50.00 for check-in after 9:00 PM
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 30.00 per stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 60.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Towels/sheets: EUR 20.00 per person, per stay
• Utility surcharge: EUR 40.00 per accommodation per week
