The property reserves the right of admission and booking refund.
An electronic or paper copy of the non-transferable booking voucher must be presented at the reception upon check-in.
Check-in time is at 12:00 PM while check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours is subject to an additional charge. Please contact the property directly for more information.
Children 10 years and over are considered as adults and must present a child identification card.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Pay at Hotel bookings are subject to availability even at the time of check-in at the property. To ensure a room, kindly select the advance payment method instead.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
The air conditioning will be charged INR 400 per day, subject to availability.
The minimum age required to check in is 18 years.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.
The property does not allow non-married singles unless booking with a group. Bookings for such cases are non-refundable.
The property does not permit food and beverages from outside.
The property does not sell alcohol. However, guests are allowed to bring their own and must present a liquor permit.
The property provides vegetarian meals only.
The property requires guests to climb stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility.
Wi-Fi/Internet access is available at the property at an additional charge.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
