Lotus Loft 

Please inform Lotus Loft in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the properties under the name "JP By The Sea" will contact the guest via e-mail to provide further details regarding their booking. This property does not accept debit cards. Only major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards will be preauthorized by "JP By The Sea" for the amount of $250.00 (safety deposit) 30 days prior to arrival. Pets are only allowed in cottages under strict guidelines. Pets are not allowed in condominiums. Guests staying for 7+ nights will be able to use the on-site laundry facilities in the Condominiums.
