We arrived late and was told there would be someone there to see us in, there was but they couldnt communicate with us. We had to find our own way to the room which was intresting. The room it self was good for size how ever the beds were very hard and the paint falling from the walls. I did not feel comfortable staying here. The day staff were also not very ussfull, no intraction took place.

Not a very nice stay.

We booked in 24h in advance in Booking for 2 nights..for 500 Bht approximately. Once there, they ignored the booking references and asked for more money..800 Bht (400 Bht per night instead of 250) ! This pissed me off..but what was coming next was really worst..
The place looked like an abandonned property..almost ! The personnel is the most unprofessionnal I have ever seen ! Getting paid INSIDE the room they give you before you even put off your bags from your back..without any passeport or identity check ! Or any formalities hotels/hostels/motels/etc. usually do..
Then comes the room, the catastrophy.. no hot water..no breakfast..air conditionner barely working...getting electrocuted everytime I try to place my phone charger on an electrical outlet..lizards and cockroachs everywhere..welcoming you from the very beginning..I've never seen worst place in my entire life.
One more things to know if you are still interested by the amazing* place :
- each room have an electric circuit breaker and the consumption counter next to it (outside)..so they can cut the electricity as they wish (already happened in my room...and no one to talk to !)
- no one speaks english or any other language besides thai..and some signs..
- The Dream* place is located 8 minutes on foot from the bus station..right on a big national road..walking to the place is at your own risk !
- Once it gets dark, you would better stay in your room till the next morning. The place is so empty and feels unsafe !

1 on 5 ..because there is no 0 ! :(

"The nightmare guesthouse"

As nothing else was available in entire Sukhothai city over the Loi Kratong festival,  a member of our group booked this guesthouse, without reading previous reviews on trip advisor...big mistake.
6 of us stayed in three AC rooms and two in a fan room.

Fan room was the worst we had ever seen, no hot water, wooden beds with thin dirty mattresses, humid stains and holes in the ceiling, humid patches and paint coming off the wall. 
AC rooms were 'better' with actual beds, soft but with dirt stains and rat chewed fabric. 
Cockroaches  and rats running around the corridor. 
The whole place could perfectly be taken out of any horror movie.

Also the location, is in the middle of nowhere, a song taew or tuk tuk is relatively cheap, but was hard to pursue taking us back home, or took us a long wait along the road.the ride took between 20-40min to the historical town. 
There is absolutely no convenient store, restaurant or even simple food cart within walking distance.  

The only positive about it is the polite and helpful guard working 24/7, if he could turn down the tv at night toilet us sleep, it would be even better...
