From the online photos I expected more, the place is located in the east beach where the beach is unfortunately not beautiful especially during low tide.  The bugalow was very wet and too many mosquitoes.  The restaurant was practically closed and I had to look for another place to eat.  I understand that these are not easy times but since I go to relax I would like to find better

Below expectations

He seems to be an eco-activist by venting out his organic farm products from his production, eggs and self-produced vegetables. Until then, why not... Where it gets complicated is that the bungalow at 2000 bath at night, though... has air conditioning equipment that is only available with supplement (the remote controls are confiscated) Lunch is also in a small supplement (the famous organic ones)... wifi is very convincingly affordable. To sum up, however, a sense of uncertainty, a sense of extreme cost savings to the owner at lunchtime, although it does not like to be included in the package.

A very warm welcome but very poor benefits

This structure is located in the worst part of the island, the beach is ugly and dirty with low tides that reveal so many stinky seafloor, no one cleans the beach and it is full of rotten glass and various plastics.

Playa sucia is a beach.

Stayed here this time for a couple off weeks. Very nice place. Quiet.
There are a few very nice beach-front bungalows from where you can walk straight on to the beach. Have a beer or a glass of wine while sitting on the balcony off ""youre house""
This time we stayed at bungalow nr 15. 
A 8 shaped bungalow with a bathroom and toilet attached to it.
Staring into the sea and watching birds, little longtailboats passing by.
Frendly staff, and the owner Paul is always there to help if there are questions about anything.
Even went fishing on his boat.

What a beauty

This resorts is in front of the worst beach of the island, with a lot of mosquito and during the low tide there is small of rotten staff.
Also the room has a small of dump almost everywhere.
The restaurant is a nice place but the menu expensive
The cost of the room is too high and on the island there are a lot of better place.

Ugly beach and expensive

I stayed at this resort with my family for only two nights then moved to an infrastructure in Buffalo Bay. Here the beach is perhaps the worst of the island, dirty and with a lot of low tides and mosquitoes. Even the bungalows are not cleaned well and inhabited by inserts. The restaurant is nice but like the bungalow everything is too expensive. There are better places on the island.

For me not enough

The ranking choice goes from average -3 rounds to very good-4 rounds. There is a good missing. Positively: -The quiet - simple and very correct bungalows. We are not in a luxurious resort! -The pool. This must be one of the few accommodations on the island to have one. -The small fitness room and other appliances, made available to customers. -The bio and environmentally friendly aspect - Quite close to the town center (not even 10 minutes by scooter, 30 minutes on foot) but quietly.

Between average and well: it would take a three and a half rounds....

But it's the third time we've stayed at PP LAND and certainly the last. If bungalows are always nice, the atmosphere becomes disgusting. The manager's kindness and living skills are lacking, the boss's lack of interest in customers is shouting, but the worst is the employer's disregard that is totally unacceptable. No goodbye in five days, the running or disregarding looks are rigorous.

Why this sinister atmosphere

On the advice of friends we had booked three nights. This after visiting the hotel during the day which seemed very nice with its large terrace facing the sea..LAS.. We didn't sleep at night! Horrible.. impossible to see (hear) during the day the crabs and frogs of the nearby sea that sang all night.. impossible to close our eyes all night. Our worst night after 6 months of travel.. and yet we sleep in summer places.. but there.. if you want a quiet night.. go your way.. it's totally unbearable. The receptionist (who was widely aware of the council) made no difficulty in paying us back the two extra nights of payback problem.. what we want to say is that it's impossible to pay back in Thailand or elsewhere.. it's almost impossible to pay for all the extra nights!

Never again... but really never!

This is the third year in a row for me at PP Land Beach, and each visit has been for longer than the previous visit. That in itself should tell a story. The resort is isolated on the eastern side of the island, so at low tide you can walk a few kilometers, possibly without passing another person. The beach is good for swimming at high tide, as long as it isn't too windy. There are a few restaurants and a small shop within easy walking distance, but renting a motorbike will open the whole island to you. No beach will be more than 30 minutes away. The bungalows, although basic (no TV, no AC, no hot water, no WiFi) are comfortable and come with fan, table, night table with lamp, adequate power points, and bathroom with separate shower area. My review from last year mentioned that I would have enjoyed having a lamp by the bed for reading, and this year there was one. The bed has a mosquito net, however with the fan blowing I found that I did not need the net. Very quiet at night. Veranda had a hammock, table and 2 chairs. Nice place for an afternoon nap. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and comfortable, although on this visit the pool was out of order. The restaurant serves good quality food at standard island prices. Also homemade bread and ice cream. Free drinking water is available from their water cooler, so nice to avoid the plastic bottles for a change. Wifi in the common area was just average. My SIM card was of more use for internet. Staff were excellent. I enjoyed all of my interactions with them. The resort does not allow children, which suited me just fine. I'll be back.
