We returned to Marina Phuket Resort for the second time after our first visit in January — and once again, we had a truly pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The waiters are especially polite and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Room cleaning was excellent, and the hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful — lush, green, and peaceful, offering a true tropical escape. We specifically requested a room higher up on the hill, and it was worth it — quiet, scenic, and perfect for peaceful walks. It’s true that the rooms are a bit worn and in need of some renovation, and some have a slight musty smell due to humidity. However, the hotel team does everything they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality — we hope to return again!
