The guesthouse was fine apart from the owner Glenn. When you asked him anything you got a condescending response which gets tiresome quickly. If you are under 25 i am sure you will be in for similar treatment. He also pretends the task is a lot bigger than it actually is. Perhaps in search of a tip but i actually just think he loves to moan. We asked him to book us a boat and a taxi. It was like we had asked the man to do the technical challenge on bake off. Soggy bottom! I’m sure Glenn will read this and sarcastically respond to it in some shape or form. He does it with every bad review. But Glenn it is time to take the criticism on board and maybe the complaints will stop. I regularly watch Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares (it’s on channel 4 in the UK - not sure which network shows it in Thailand?) and Chef Ramsay is always dealing with owners like Glenn. You cannot rudely respond to every customer who gives you criticism! You are taking people hard earned money so you should respect them and provide the service your business deserves! Aside from the attitude Glenn is a great guy. We had an afternoon in the pool (which is bigger than it looks in the photos to be fair) and Glenn brought us beers every time we rang the bell - which was both hilarious and helpful! We even went out for dinner (Hooters) on our last night! Although he went missing for his rounds and the bill it was a great night and one i shall never forget! You still owe me for that dance Glenn!!!!! All in all i thoroughly enjoyed my time in the villa. I am back in the UK now and i have to say my instagram following has gone up incredibly! I am getting deals from BoohooMAN and Gym King which is an amazing opportunity and i can’t wait for you guys to see it. I wasn’t expecting to meet such lifelong friends and to leave the villa with the girl of my dreams was just an added bonus. Thank you to everyone who voted for us and i’m excited for you all to join me on my next chapter! Farewell sweet Glenn - our paths will cross again!
