47 reviewsJust returned from our holiday on Patong Beach with my wife and my brother in law. Read all the revues of this Hotel and here is mine! Small Hotel just off one of the main road. Went to book in only to find that there was a mix up with the booking and only one room had been booked! Explained to the young girl at reception it should be 2 rooms and showed her my documentation etc. Also showed her our welcome pack with the reps name and contact details, she took these and straight away phoned him!! Out come was the problem was sorted although we did have to wait awhile for our rooms to be prepared (we were early anyway). We were allocated rooms next door to each other as we wanted. Rooms were not as big as they seemed in the photos, but were clean and functional. We were at the back of the Hotel so our balcony over looked the balcony of the neighbouring hotel Which was closed for the duration of our stay, so it didn't particularly bother us, But other people might want to ask for a front facing room. Rooms were cleaned 6 days a week,(goodness the maid has 1 day off)!! All the staff that we met during our stay were courteous, helpful and friendly. If I wanted more coffee I just asked for it. If you want breakfast (it sez You can have it for extra) I assumed you would get it next door, but we always ate on the way to the Beach. Beach is a 5 - 10 minute walk way. All in all the Hotel is cheap and cheerful, we enjoyed our stay. If you want something grander Spend more money!
