There are so many things I love about Arnoma. this my third or fourth time staying with Arnoma and the quality has always been amazing. The staff are always kind and friendly, and housekeeping is always so accommodative with extra requests, especially since this was my first time travelling without my parents and was quite clueless on many things but they were very patient with me and explained the options I had. I had written on the coaster for extra pillows and blanket for my friend but I forgot to put the quantity and when we returned to the room, they gave all 3 of us 2 extra pillows and a fleece blanket each! They are also very attentive. When they realise there were 3 of us in the room, they gave us extra water and toiletries. Even my picky friends were impressed!
