Very easy check in helped by owner David
Spacious spotless room with every thing you should need.
Position was spot on  being just off the walking street but tucked down a side road to avoid the noise.

I have eaten here several times since they opened, and it's always delicious!  I usually avoid hotel restaurants... But this one is owned by restaurant oweners, and it shows!
Chicken Parmesan, and pot roast are my favorites. Killer coffee & desert, too

Conveniently located just near the middle of walking street to efficiently explore Lipe as a whole. In spite of proximity to bustling street, a room was tranquil enough for good sleep. Italian master was a nice guy flexibly coping with my requests.
Pizza was very good at reasonable price. Grappa was bargain price in Lipe. Only drawback was limited selection of white wine. If you don’t care about mood or view of tropical island, highly recommended.

Compared to the other options on the island, this place was pretty decent. Everyone raves about the food, and I wasn't disappointed. Food and drink are on point. Bar is well stocked with imported Italian spirits. The owner is always there, so that shows he's pretty invested in its success. 

My only gripe is their response to my friend's dietary restriction. Staff seemed receptive to the whole 'no gluten' thing, but on one visit the food came out with a giant bread roll on top of the meal. 

We stayed here for a quick overnighter on our way into Thailand from Malaysia, and were glad we picked this place to stay. It was immaculately clean, and the rooms were well appointed with lots of storage. The bathrooms were simple but good. There was tea and coffee available when you needed it on the landing area. 

The beds are huge, however the mattresses are seriously 'ultra orthopaedic' I like a firm mattress, but I think I chipped a hip bone when turning over!! Good quality linen and towels. 

The owner, and restaurant staff will help you out if you need anything.

The rooms are just 30 seconds from the main walking street, which is back far enough not to hear much, and about central on the island so there are shops, restaurants and bars within moments, and beaches just a few minutes walk. 

All in all, no regrets on choosing this place to stay!!

Not terrible, one of the better eats on K. Lipe

Lovely little rooms!

Perfect location

Very nice restaurant !  Who knew?

Not the best pizza, tastless and boring. 
Service was ok. Made ok drinks, straff is friendly. Crouded with italien costumers. 
Also over priced, specially when the food is only Ok and nothing more. We are not trying that place again

Dinner was ok

We don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews about this place..?! Guys: I know we are on a little island in the middle of the Andaman Sea but we have found the pizza dough in this place pretty appalling.. sigh.
