We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund.

Excellent location in the heart of Downtown, outstanding staff friendliness in the context of Southeast Asia, price-quality ratio unbeatable.It's economical, but its location, cleanliness, organization and services make it unbeatable for what it costs.

Excellent price to service ratio.

At booking, the confirmation is sent to wrong email, i never received it, i wait, and no more room available, i booked an other hotel, that cost me a double booking. During staying, almost impossible to communicate with reception (English or by hand), the manager come with an attitude 'already payed, i don't care'. When smoking in downstair, the smoke go to uptair, very ennoies. The room was built by coco lumber, the powder termite blowed by the aircon, make itchy allway.

Nice enviornment with very reasonable price though the room is not very big.The breakfast was good, and the staff is very kind and friendly.The place of the hotel is very close to the middle part of the Walking street, which is quite convenient.

The hotel is very central... and that's it. The rooms are tiny, without light and very noisy (I hear every step of the occupants of the room above). The bathroom is minimal, only good point, the water is really hot. No real staff reception. Yes koh Lipe is expensive but I had much better in koh Lanta for 30% of the price paid here.

Disappointing.

It's in the walking street. Eatery and shopping is very near to the inn. Room is little bit small, but there are fan and a/c, so room is cool. The room is clean & room cleaning service is provided everyday.

Breakfast is included and served quick and hot. Free water, coffee are provided all the time. During evening time, I like to hv a cup of coffee in the coffee place. It's so relaxing and serene.

The manager is kind and sweet. Willing to help. Definitely will come back here again or recommend to friends.

Enjoyable stay

Really great clean little room with fan & amazing air con. Fresh bed & towels everyday. Great breakfast included. Free water, tea,coffee all day! Excellent location right off walking street & in the centre location for all beaches! Highly recommend. Lovely owner & handyman too

Lovely

We traveled for about a month through different countries in Asia and this was the worst, we were in another one called something like kasirin and decided to stay another day but then we saw this one, as we were with mil.cosas we were called but it was more, I think there is less than a meter left to walk inside the room and you die of heat or you die of cold and to finish if you shower and you do everything!
