If you arrive after 06:00 PM you must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. 1. A complimentary Speedboat scheduled from Boat Lagoon Pier. Depart from "Boat Lagoon" to Resort: 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 02.00 PM, and 04.00 PM. Depart from the Resort to Boat Lagoon: 10:45 AM, 12:30 PM, 03:00 PM and 05:30 PM. Private Speedboat Transfer is THB 7,000.00 per way. (10 pax). 2. Long Tail boat transfer is available from Leam Hin Pier at guest expenses. From 07.00 AM – 07.00 PM is THB 700.00 per way and after 07:01 PM. THB 1,000.00 per way. ( for 3-5 person) Seats are subject to availability and safety purposes, please contact our Guest Service Center or resort for reservation. Advance reservation is required.
