Excellent
1065 reviewsWe spent two full weeks at this resort as a family, and it was an excellent experience. The area is simply stunning and the resort grounds blend with nature in a beautiful way. Our accommodation was a Jacuzzi Villa which was spacious and comfortable for a family of three and had a large outdoor terrace to soak the views. Everything was clean, working and well maintained. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, I think we only had the same dish selection once in two weeks. Dinners were nice and reasonably priced. The staff is absolutely fantastic, from front desk to drivers, cleaners and grounds maintenance, we can’t speak highly enough of them. We used all the facilities during our stay — outdoor gym that was basic, yet still allowed us to do everything we wanted, fantastic spa and swimming pools. Overall, it was a great stay that allowed us to unwind and relax fully. A few things to note to make the most of your stay. 1. Resort location is absolutely gorgeous but also pretty remote. It is perfect if you want to stay at the resort and soak in the nature, but logistics needs some planning if you want to go to the city or explore local attractions. That said, the front desk staff were always helpful with organising transport, so we did not have any trouble. 2. The swimming pool is deceptively small, it’s actually quite long so you can get a decent set of laps. It is also refreshingly unheated, which was not a problem for us, but some people might not like that. 3. You may want to stock on supplies on the way here, as the closest convenience store is some drive away and there is no opportunity to buy anything on the grounds. You can get Grab delivery from the local supermarket, but prepare to pay extra for the distance. 4. Make sure you pay a visit to the spa, it is not cheap but absolutely worth it! Great experience overall, we highly recommend it to people willing to unwind and relax in a beautiful environment. We’re looking forward to coming back next year, but perhaps will include a short stay in the city first.
