Additional information
Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The speedboat operates on a scheduled basis only from Ao Po Grand Pier in Phuket to the resort. (Speed boat reservations must be made 5 days prior to arrival date.)
Departures from Ao Po Grand Pier in Phuket to the resort: 11:00 AM, 01:00 PM and 04:00 PM.
Departures from the resort to Ao Po Grand Pier in Phuket are 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM.
Minibus departure from Phuket Airport to Ao Po Grand Marina in Phuket: 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM.
The cost of the transfer is paid separately and is THB 950.00 per adult and THB 475.00 per child from 2 to 11 years old.

Accommodation of additional guests
— Children under 1 year of age are accommodated free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
— Children aged 2 to 11 years will be charged THB 450.00 per person per night.

If a guest or additional guest wishes to join the New Year's Gala Dinner on December 31, 2023, an additional fee must be paid at the resort or booked directly via email. For the New Year's Eve gala dinner on December 31, 2023, the following additional charges apply:
— There is no charge for a child under 1 year of age accompanied by an adult;
— Children aged 2 to 11 years old will be charged THB 1,500.00 per person per night;
— Guests over 12 years old will be charged THB 3000.00 per person per night.
Please note that check-out is not available for stays after 31 December 2023. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
