We stayed in Koya guest house for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room is big and has a balcony. You can choose if you want air con or fan. We only used the fan, which was cheaper and completely okay for us. The room is clean and they clean it every second day. The only thing I can complain about is that the sheets had some stains. But they changed it and then it was fine. The location is good, close to Sairee beach. Probably a good choice for someone who travels on a low budget.
