The hotel always felt quite tranquil and peaceful with its lush gardens and we really enjoyed our stay here. We ate here a lot (and had breakfast) and the food was all excellent and not bad value. The staff were lovely - kind, funny, efficient and very hard working. We really enjoyed our cocktails on the pier each evening- a lovely setting. One of the staff made cocktails for us at the table one evening too- getting my daughter to have a go. The rooms were spacious, very clean and well equipped. The “outdoor bathroom” just had half the shower area uncovered which I thought was novel and really liked. This is a lovely hotel and I would recommend it.
