1200 bath one night plus 500 deposit i didn't get back, when i came back to room wheels were taking off one of the stands they claim i did it, man stuff on the bed, with some wax for good measure, mosy net one one side of window not the other bit stupid gaps all over doors so easy access room for mossies, wild cats outside door afraid to pass by them incase they scraped me, staff friendly until the money is handed over then became angry, do urself a favour and stay away as u will be disapointed, was ment to check out at 10 i ran out of it as soon as it became bright 6:00.

This was a dreadful place, no air conditioning, extremely thin walls, dangerous stairs to navigate and very hard to find. Avoid booking this place at all costs, I was badly ripped off paying about £55 per night, (admittedly over the New Year) to a well known Internet booking company. Quite frankly it was not worth 55p. 
 I would avoid Phi Phi generally, it is no longer the island paradise of former times, it is over crowded, expensive, and way too developed. Really not worth the hassle of visiting and they even have the cheek to charge a so called environmental tax at the port of THB20 to go on to the island!

Worst establishment in an 8 week trip

Didn't have any accom pre booked when we arrived in phi phi so after walking around for about 30 mins, being offered ridiculous prices, we came across this place for a double AC room for 700 baht per night. The guy on reception is lovely and super helpful, the location is excellent and the wifi is good. The rooms are just below average of other places I've stayed around Thailand although there was actually a tv in the room and private bathroom. The bed was super uncomfortable, there was a huge dip in the middle so you would just roll into it constantly. Our room was on the ground floor closest to reception which is all open plan, one night about 4am we were woken up by people walking passed outside as its facing the main walkway, it was a Thai guy who I assume was drunk basically punching stuff around him breaking glass etc so we were a little freaked out that he would punch our window though.. Anyway this wasn't the hostels fault. When I go back to phi phi I would look for somewhere else although if I was stuck I'd go back based on the cheap price compared to other places. 

Not the best but not the worst 

We stayed few nights, but it was the worst experience of all. It definitely doesn't look like on the pictures. It's much worse!!!! There were a lot of insect, not clean at all, just cold water, paper walls - so you hear everything from others rooms. The stuff was unhelpful, rude and not nice at all. They didn't gave our money back, when we wanted to leave... Also if you have room with fan, the fan turn off when you leave the room, so you can't breathe in room, when you came back. The equipment was really poor and old, nothing to hang your towels. Also the wifi was terrible. Definitely do not recommend to stay there!

The worst Guesthouse ever

Alright you get what you pay for. But this is over the line for how bad it can get. 

First of all it was hard to find! When we reached Phi Phi we walked for around 30 minutes ( everything is very close in phi phi, maximum 10 minutes walk ). It's close to the stair to the Viewpoint. 

When we reached the guesthouse, they told us that we couldn't stay there for the first night ( we had booked 6 nights!!! ) because the door to the room was missing, somebody kicked it in the night before. So they took us to a place close by and we stayed there for one night. We didn't want to move around with our bags and told them we wanted a refund if we couldn't stay all 6 nights, they were so so so rude! And they couldn't give us a refund so we stayed one night at their other guesthouse.

The room was hideous at Teaw Tass. The walls was paper thin, we heard the people next door Cough and go to the toilet.. The toilet in the room wasn't even close to ok. So disgusting. We brushed out teeth with mineral water and closed our mouth when we showered because we had read and heard that you got sick if you got the water in the mouth, because it yellowish/brownish.

The room was so hot, we couldn't even be there during the day. 

One day we heard the girls living under us ( we were on the second floor ) screaming, we went out to see what happened and they had a mouse in their room, in their bags. 

We couldn't stand it. It was so gross, so we stayed for 4 nights be my boyfriend got really bad in his stomach so we just packed up and found another hotel. Already after 2 nights we went around to almost every hotel at phi phi and searched the Webb, but everything was booked ( went over New Years! ) but finally after searching and searching we found a hotel.

I would never ever ever ever ever recommend anyone to stay here. We often stay at very cheap places when we are in Thailand. Often at bungalows and without AC. But this was really the worst ever!
