89 reviewsThe staff at Baan Kata Maytha were lovely, really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the pool is a good size and very new-looking. The drying rack on the balcony, and the beach towels and mats for free hire near the lobby are a fantastic idea and very much appreciated given a lot of people are in Phuket to visit the beach! It's about 15 minute walk from the beach, but the hotel also does a free shuttle to the beach every couple of hours. There's restaurants and a couple of mini-marts within a 5 minute walk.
