14 reviewsIt`s a welcome sight for a just-arrived visitor: spacious room with a ref, AC, TV, private bath, big bed and its own balcony overlooking the street below. Not exactly new but comfortable nonetheless. Check-in is at the store selling beauty salon supplies on the building`s first level. Guests have a private entrance at the other side by way of an electronic key leading to a short climb of steps to the rooms which are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. At the entry area, there is a daily supply of free coffee and tea plus biscuits, fruits and tourism brochures. The hotel is on an uphill area surrounded by stores, restaurants and other local businesses. It`s however only a five-minute walk to the night market which is one of the main attractions of Hua Hin. Public transportation is also available nearby (buses and the Thai innovation called “rodsong taew”), including the train station which is only about 12 minutes away on foot. Its central location on Soi 70 , proximity to the beach, clean premises, helpful personnel, fast wifi and very reasonable rates all combine to earn for Blue Moon as a recommended stay for family and friends.
