So many negative reviews about this hotel although, my wife and I like it there. We've stayed at The Regency Hatyai for many times before and our latest was in the last week of June. We stayed at 18th floor and we really had a good view. I love the carpeted floor. And we had a good rest as there's not much people in that floor by that time we were there. The location is in the heart of Hatyai nexxt to Lee garden Plaza. And there are lots of good food around. And I'm surprised to meet an old friend Khun Imrorn, working there. We love the Lobby, it's beautiful. And there's musician playing there almost every evening. I hope the management would take a look of this little this things that would change the perspective of every guest checking in. 1. Swimming pool on 5th floor needs to be cleaned. There are moss growing on sides and the water is not clean anymore. 2. Gym needs to be lighted well to encourage physically enthusiastic people. 3. Bathroom ceiling in our room was leaking water dropping next to the toilet bowl and bath tub. Would definitely comeback sometime.
