I came to stay in Chaing Mai for a week, with plans to move around in order to see all the sites, markets and places of interest. I booked the Hit Hostel (now Virgo Hostel) for one night in a mixed dormitory. It was such a great spot, clean, nice washroom, great room and beds, super comfy, light and power source by head board! I ended up staying here for three nights, great location not far from Thae Pae gate. Has a fantastic café/restaurant on the ground floor, amazing food! Overall slightly more pricey than places near by, but I think the extra sheckles are well worth it! Good wifi throughout entire building. Stay you won't be disappointed! Everything is close by walking distance! Chaing Mai is a beautiful and fascinating place.
