Spacious room with all the amenities and quite big bathroom. There wasn't balkony with the room but was one on the end of each floor. Coffee, tea and little snack available every day downstairs at the little patio next to reception.In the middle of buzzing neighborhood, having big market 2 minutes away, walking distance to the city centre, with beautiful temples on the way. Plus food carts in the evening just out the door. Owner is a very nice lady. Any questions, ask her, she'll be more than happy to help.

the owner was amazing! She helped me book a tour to Doi Inthanon national park. we had very cute conversations each day which made my trip more comfortable and enjoyable. and always free snacks, coffee and water!! i fell in love with this guest house! such a strong recommendation <3
